Please see the show orders to see which show/s your dancer is performing in.
LOCATION
Our Mid Year Showcase will be held at Governors Centre 558 Cleveland Street Moore Park (between Sydney Girls & Sydney Boys High School).
FULL DETAILS
Stage Rehearsal: Minis and Juniors (10.30am concert) will have a short stage rehearsal from 9:00am. Please refer to the SHOW ORDER for full details and times. Parents should wait in the foyer during the rehearsal to help students familiarise themselves with the theatre and build confidence before performing in front of family and friends.
Quick Changes: If your dancer needs to quickly change hair, shoes, or uniform, please send them backstage with a large, clear, labeled snaplock bag containing the necessary items. There is ample room backstage, and teachers will assist with these changes.
Seating and Performers: All students should have a performer's ticket and will sit with their parents when not performing. There will be a pause in each half of the show for group changes, this will be announced clearly. Please refer to the program for backstage requirements and remain seated during performances to ensure safety.
Performance Order: Routines will not be announced individually. We cannot pause the show for missing students, so ensure your dancer knows their performance times as listed in the program.
Food and Drinks: Food and drinks will be available at the venue. We will have a canteen selling a variety of delicious items, and there will also be a pizza truck onsite.
Red Carpet Finale: Our Red Carpet Finale is a highlight of the Mid-Year Concerts, occurring at the end of each show. Stay to watch your dancer walk the red carpet and celebrate their hard work from the first half of the year.
UNIFORM
All students are required to wear full CDC Studios uniform to perform in our Mid Year Concert as well as the correct footwear. Uniforms are not only for our concert but should also be worn in class,
At CDC Studios we believe that wearing studio uniforms give students a sense of belonging to our family as well as creating an identity for our studio in the greater community.
Our uniforms also:
Encourage discipline
Help students resist peer pressure to buy stylish clothes for class
Help identify non-students in the studio
Diminish economic and social barriers between students

Uniforms can be purchased via our online store and collected from the studio
Note: Please ensure all parts of your child’s uniform are clearly labelled!
